Stress & Burnout Recovery Coaching
Trauma-Responsive Coaching for Nervous System Recovery
Is stress getting in the way of your
work & life?
Do you feel drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected, running on empty but unable to slow down?
I spent years in the tech world and understand the drain
What if that background hum of dread that follows you through your day slowly started to quiet down?
What if staring blankly at your monitor wondering where to even start became a thing of the past?
What if you could find even a thread of meaning in your work to make showing up feel worthwhile?
Recovery is possible because I've lived it.
Meet Mariam
I help professionals who work under high pressure recover from burnout, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and the trauma patterns that get in the way of doing their best.

My approach blends trauma-responsive coaching, Brainspotting, and nervous-system work to help you not just recover, but fully step into a balanced, motivated, and confident state.
Who I Work With
My clients might function at a high level externally while quietly struggling with symptoms that don’t go away with rest, time off, or willpower. Some of the symptoms you may relate to include:
Anxious
You constantly worry something may go wrong, you may get laid off, or be perceived as behind. Your heart races constantly at work. You don't even know why
Exhausted
You feel drained after constant pressure to deliver. Sleep doesn't feel restful. You stare at your screen feeling paralyzed, and overwhelmed by your tasks.
Trapped
You stayed in a role, team, or company because you feel you can’t leave. You feel emotionally numb, or detached as pressure increases
Irritable
You react strongly to small requests, or feel instantly overwhelmed when priorities shift. You experience headaches, or stomach issues.
Unmotivated
You lost interest in solving problems you once enjoyed. Meetings, and All- hands feel pointless or draining. You feel cynical.
Hopeless & Helpless
No matter how much you work, you can’t catch up, feel seen, or receive recognition. You feel like traveling through an endless tunnel with no exit
